Status
Critical path: activities with zero total float. Any delay to these directly delays the calculated finish date. This is a technical schedule-risk view, not a priority list β see Go/No-Go above for the handful of items that actually determine whether the festival happens. Split below by whether the item is needed by the festival's real end date (Aug 22) or only afterward, for closeout.

Critical to closeout only (after Aug 22)
Zero float relative to completion of the full register, including post-festival administrative work β not the festival date itself. For closeout planning, not festival-risk review.

Feeding buffers β network configuration
Merge points where a non-critical activity feeds directly into the critical path. Buffers here absorb delay on the feeding side without adding float to the critical path itself. New merge points default to 2 working days; adjustable.
Resource basis: Owner Role per the activity register. Totals reflect scheduled working days for logic-linked activities only; unlinked (open-end) activities are excluded until connected.
Activities with no predecessor logic. Expected count: one (GOV-010, the project start milestone).

Grading basis: on-time completion rate of tasks that have actually reached their due date. A person with zero tasks assigned is marked No Participation, not graded on a curve with everyone else. A person with tasks assigned but nothing due yet is marked Pending.

Three things to know
Anyone can edit anything. No permission needed. Every change is logged.
Changing a date moves other dates. Dependent activities recalculate automatically.
First time on a new device, pick your name. So your changes show who made them.
